• You will not post on the site, any threatening, harassing, racially offensive, or illegal material.
• You will use the service in a manner consistent with any and all applicable laws and regulations.

We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to monitor and/or mediate disputes between you and other users.  You agree that the TheRenterReview.com is not obligated to maintain back-up copies of any content posted on the site and shall have no liability for failure to maintain such content.

We have no duty to respond to complaints about posts to our site.  Due to the amount traffic at our site, it is impossible for us to monitor all of the content posted on the site and to respond to all inquiries or complaints by users.  We may elect to remove content, in our sole and absolute discretion, if we determine that the content violates this Agreement or the law.

You may contact us by e-mail to file a complaint if you believe content on the website is objectionable. If a response is necessary, we will respond by e-mail to your complaint within thirty days of the date it is received by us. We have no duty to take any action in response to your complaint.
